Hundreds of bookbinders descended upon New York City last weekend to celebrate 100 years of the Guild of Book Workers. Here, a cake aboard the Spirit of New York.
In the course of three days of festivities I scored (no pun intended) a beautiful elk bone folder by Shanna Leino and hand dyed linen thread by Kinglet Cottage Designs (pictured). I also forged some interesting new professional alliances. Stay tuned..
